The opportunity

As a Fund Hub Specialist in Asset Management at EY, you will work with some of the world's leading asset managers and fund management companies, as well as other national and international financial service providers for whom we provide our audit services. You will gain valuable knowledge for your future, work with young and dynamic colleagues in an international environment, and build your own network. Additionally, you will deepen your accounting knowledge and learn about our innovative audit approach and modern audit tools.

Your key responsibilities

• You assist in preparing audits by processing the data received from clients in our audit and analysis tools.

• You are part of the audit team at the client and conduct sampling and analysis.

• You support our audit teams in general administrative tasks.

• You support our experienced employees in special assignments and special audits and may be deployed for short-term mandates (nationwide).

Skills and attributes for success

• You have completed apprenticeship or further training in finance and accounting, as a trustee, or as a Swiss Fund Officer.

• You are interested in audit and have good IT skills (especially Excel) - experience with VBA and/or RPA is a plus.

• You have a flair for numbers and are motivated to gain experience in using modern data analysis methods.

• You enjoy working with other people - whether it's directly with our clients or with your future team colleagues.

• You are interested in the organization and core processes of nationally and internationally operating asset managers and fund management companies and want to acquire in-depth knowledge of their internal control systems. Integrity, respect, and teamwork are central to your guiding principles and values.

• You feel comfortable in an international environment and can express yourself effortlessly in German and/or English, both orally and in writing.

• You are available between 60% and 100% and would be available in Basel or Zurich.
