Description and Requirements

  • End to End Marketing Campaign Planning for India smartphone products and accessories
  • Media planning, execution and optimization for launch and sustenance campaigns on all relevant channels - Online, Offline, B2B
  • Proposition and communication development for campaigns
  • Local films and asset development
  • Influencer planning and management
  • Event planning and execution for relevant launch events
  • Ecommerce visibility, creatives and asset creation and end to end execution
  • Creative support for retail visibility for relevant campaigns
  • Develop and execute PR plans for product launches as well as Corporate PR for brand resonance and internal communication
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels for relevant launches, BAU/topical and for sale events, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • CRM and own media management (website, social platforms etc.)
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Management and coordination with all relevant internal (Finance, SCM, eCom, Product - India and global) and external stakeholders (Media agency, creative agency, PR agency, ecommerce partner)
  • Drive and deliver on brand and marketing funnel metrics that enable and results in final sales metrics
  • Drive, Track, Monitor and report consumer insights through consumer research, consumer reviews/comments (Social and eCommerce) and Sentiment (Social)
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure brand deliverables
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in marketing, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics category (Full time MBA degree is preferred)
  • Very strong experience of developing marketing communication and planning digital media. ATL experience would be good to have
  • Strong experience of working with eCommerce marketplaces
  • Experience of product marketing, consumer research and PR a strong advantage
  • Experience of managing CRM and own media is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills Experience working with cross functional teams and stakeholders and delivering results in a fast-paced setting
