Your role

As CRM Assistant for External Asset Managers at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Basel you are responsible for ensuring a high-end banking service to the clients and provide direct assistance to the CRM in a dynamic and international environment for trading, marketing and administrative tasks. 

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure a high-end banking service to the clients
  • Partner with CRMs to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis
  • Trade in all main asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, HF, PE
  • Handle the daily management of cash and corporate actions
  • Prepare client meetings (portfolio reviews, documentation, etc.) and organizing CRM business trips
  • Support the CRM with compliance or client-related projects as and when required
  • Create KYC files with the support of the CRM and managing the accounts opening and closing process
  • Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

Your profile

  • Completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Attitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools and Avaloq (is an advantage)
  • Fluent in German and English
