Job Description

Contract: Temporary

Duration: 7 month

Start Date: June 2024

Office Presence: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes as we expand globally
• Utilize diverse online recruitment methods to identify and engage top-tier candidates
• Play an active role in refining processes
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure the best fit for each position
• Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our employer value proposition to candidates and external partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, contributing insights to enhance our recruitment approach
• Serve as the primary contact for all recruitment-related inquiries
• Collaborate with the HR Operations and finance team to manage budgets and coordinate logistics effectively

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment operations, including direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship cultivation
• Experience in life sciences recruitment is a must
• International recruitment experience is a nice to have
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers across various locations
• Sharp analytical skills, adept at grasping complex technical concepts swiftly
• Enthusiastic, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Collaborative team player with the capability to excel autonomously
• Fluency in French and English is a must, additional languages are highly valued
