DFT Design Engineer

SUMMARY

Seeking a professional IC Design Engineer proficient with IC design and DFT techniques to drive the design and characterization of the next generation of 3D imagers for mobile vision applications in robotics and automotive. Successful applicants will be part of a skilled and dynamic team, and will contribute to the definition of a new generation of 3D imaging solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and maintain DFT specifications starting from requirements and functional specs. Development of structural test infrastructures for block-level and system-level manufacturing tests. Development of custom tests for optical sensors. Design and verification of built-in self-tests (BISTs) for memories and other digital and AMS IP cores. Development and validation of test programs and patterns for various ATEs. Data analisys and diagnostics. Realization of support infrastructures for functional hardware verification, characterization, and IC debugging. Support of analog test and debug modes. Support the realization of technical demonstrators and development kits. Write and maintain design documentation for internal and external use. Provide technical support. Interface with hardware and software engineers to guarantee smooth interoperability of ICs and systems.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

PhD or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microtechnology, or Photonics.
2+ years of experience as Digital IC Designer, DFT engineer, or Hardware Designer.
Significant experience in a related field (3D vision, robotics, photonics, or industrial electronics) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with IC design engineers on complex projects.
