To reinforce our Business Transformation team in Bienne, we are looking for an ICT Coordinator.

In this function you will ensure, in coordination with division-, corporate IT and outsourcing partner, efficient and secure operations. You will also provide direct end-user support in addition to our outsourcing partner to ensure business continuity in the office and production area.

Your tasks

• IT coordination regarding outsourced activities operations and project tasks for the site & production environment
• First-level support of insourced infrastructure and end-users workplaces
• Application support
• Contribution in cooperation with external providers, to flawless operation/support of insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications
• Participation in smaller GFMS ICT projects
• Follow-up of administrative and operational activities for user accounts and equipments

Your profile

• IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or succesful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT Support and/or IT Coordination
• German mother tongue, English (oral and written), French would be appreciated
• Previous experience in System administration (Microsoft Environment)
• Proficiency in network administration and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to interact with end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
