For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Life Sciences sector in Basel (BL), we are looking:
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Reception tasks:
  • Reception of guests and external company employees incl. access management & keeping the visitor list
  • Administration / entry of the security video for visitors & ESP
  • Telephone service; operating the switchboard, forwarding calls according to company instructions.
  • Operating and controlling the entrances of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Coordination of shift planning with team colleagues & superiors
  • Mail processing; dealing with incoming mail
  • Information contact point for alarms
  • Monitoring the camera system
Person Specification/Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Strong Excel knowledge is an asset
  • Fluent in English, German is a bonus
