Head of HR 80 - 100 %

Your tasks / field of activity:

• HR management for the entire company with 3 locations and 86 employees
• Management of and participation in strategic HR projects and their implementation such as personnel development, employer branding
• Advising employees and line managers on labor law or personnel-specific issues
• Ensuring efficient HR processes such as personnel recruitment, onboarding and personnel development
• Initiation of improvement and promotion measures in close cooperation with the management

Your profile:

• Basic commercial training and further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, ideally supplemented by a qualification as HR Manager HF or similar.
• "Hands-on type" with at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills are an advantage
