About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of our digital services. You will serve as the main point of contact between Ginetta and our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the growth of our partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, user experience, and digital product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and project management tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with the acquisition and delivery teams to maximize revenue.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with project leads and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Client Administration: Manage client administration tasks such as invoicing, annual planning, and other administrative duties related to client accounts.

Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project progress, performance, and results.

Problem Resolution: Act as a mediator in case of conflicts or issues and work towards their resolution in a professional manner.
