YOUR CHALLANGES:

• Owning the project management of projects to develop new high volume supply chains for advanced (Horizon 2) products.
• Setting up the necessary project structures, such as scope, goals, schedule, project organization, resource planning, gate process, budget and assessment or minimization of potential risks
• Independent management of project teams/sub-projects from conception to implementation and successful completion of the responsible projects in close coordination with stakeholders and senior management
• Tracking, securing and proactive communication of set project goals and key figures, resource availability, schedule, and project progress.
• Strong networking and cooperation with all relevant local and global departments (including management, category management, Product Line supply chain, finance, operations, business units)
• Moderation of project and topic-related meetings
• Communication within the team and outside of the team.
• Preparing and conducting steering boards and project meetings
• Project budget control in cooperation with controlling

YOUR COMPETENCES:

• Project management leadership in a supply chain related field with interdisciplinary teams
• Moderator, team player, strongly focused on targets and effective communication
• Several years of professional experience in the field of project management and operations management, including initial disciplinary management experience, would be an advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, high level of engagement and ownership, the ability for strategic and solution-oriented thinking and acting, as well as proactive and responsible teamwork complete your personal profile
• Ability to lead others to positive outcomes
• Good presentation skills and confident negotiation skills
