Teamlead SAP FI & CO

Rieter uses a global ECC SAP system with new GL in various countries. The position is placed in the global Applications Competence Center (ACC) with a direct reporting line to the Head ACC based in Switzerland.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Act as a business sparring partner: Consult the business counterparts (Management level) and challenge their ideas in order to rollout global best practice solutions. Hence, understanding complex finance functions in order to assist the business in the development and modernization of critical finance systems and processes is key.
  • Taking initiative in completion of task/ project: Lead the execution of assigned project tasks in areas of demonstrated competence. This includes facilitating meetings/task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress, tracking project deliverables, etc.
  • Manage a global team: Dispatch activities related to service requests, change requests and small to big projects. Provide supervision and guidance on ERP solutions in the form of mentorship to the team.
  • Improved efficiency: Set the team's priorities appropriately. Ensure that work outputs are timely and of the highest quality.
  • Manage the S/4 Hana Conversion for FI, CO, TR and BOFC.
  • Global communication: Verbal and written communicate with global customers to gather information required to resolve issues.
  • Provide timely and high quality solutions to customer issues.

Your Qualifications

  • Academic degree in business administration
  • Several years of experience in leading teams and managing challenging stakeholders
  • Profound knowledge in FI, CO and TR (BOFC would be a plus)
  • Extensive knowledge in accounting principles and taxation; e.g. Indian GST, GAP, IFRS etc.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 6 years SAP FICO experience. Experience relevant to manufacturing industry is of advantage
  • Preferably experience working in an international environment
  • SAP Certification in FI & CO (additional advantage)
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, conceptual thinking and innovation
