For the Sales & Marketing department in Western part of Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced and qualified personality as a

Field Sales Representative / Project Manager (all genders), Roman-die (western part of Switzerland)

Your tasks:

  • Actively sell products and services for all product lines of the Elma Group
  • Professional and personal sales advice to our customers, preparation of quotations including timely follow-ups
  • Maintaining a sustainable communication and relationship network with our customers and partners
  • Systematic and efficient planning of customer visits
  • Positioning Elma as "Your Solution Partner" through holistic consulting on high level
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers in the area
  • Overall responsibility for technical and commercial support as well as further development of assigned key accounts
  • Project coordination, monitoring and continuous follow-up of projects supported by inhouse sales team and development department
  • Recording of competitor activities and further development of market knowledge
  • Supporting the development department by providing concrete product ideas and new technologies.
  • Communication of market trends and customer requirements for development of new products
  • Active planning and design as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events
  • Reporting activities

Your qualification:

  • Completed Bachelor Degree or technical education preferably in the electrical / electronic environment with several years of professional experience in sales/consulting of technical industrial products
  • Further training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or sales would be an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken French, knowledge of German/English an advantage
