Responsibilities:

  • Organise the production according to the meal plan
  • Organise the production according to the special events (Open Day, Graduations)
  • Responsible for the pastries production in all the outlets; respecting the school standards in terms of quality, quantity, presentation, etc.
  • Support the cold or/and hot kitchen upon needs
  • Have good interaction with the production Kitchen in Bulle Campus and create synergy
  • Control the cleanness of the pastry according to the Weekly Cleaning planning
  • Respect and apply the HACCP rules

Profile and experiences:

  • CFC pâtissier or equivalent
  • Pedagogic certificate an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of practice in an international environment
  • Experience in kitchen an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP
  • Organized, attentive to details and flexible
  • Available to work during weekends
  • Fluent in French and English
  • In constant research of improvement
