Join us and take over a dynamic IT Supporter / IT Adminstrator role within FIDES - a Zurich based Fintec. This job requires a broad interest and understanding of various IT topics, the ability to coordinate among teams and set priorities right. You will be the go-to-person for our 1st Level technical Support taking care of the operations of our customer products (such as monitoring, triage, initial clarifications, troubleshooting) as well as our internal IT systems. The role offers a great opportunity to learn from and work side-by-side with senior experts. It gives you the chance to dive deeper in fields that catch your interest.

IT Supporter / IT Administrator

Your skills and experience

In order to be successful in this role, you should possess following qualifications:

• Experience in System Administration or IT Support
• Apprenticeship in IT (Informatiker EFZ) or similar qualification
• Broad technical understanding in IT, ideally in Windows and Linux environments
• Flair for detecting errors and solving issues and supporting mindset
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Confidence in being the single-point-of-contact for support requests
• Ability to work remote / in a virtual setup with regular office presence
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English and German
• Open-minded and willing to contribute in an international setup
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

 

Additional assets:

• Trainings and certifications (e.g. ITIL, Microsoft, RHEL, SWIFT, Splunk)
• Industry know how in banking (financial messaging)
