Administrative Assistant

The Kusnacht Practice is currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the Bio-R® Team. You are committed and motivated, always willing to take the initiative, go the extra mile, and work independently. You are able to demonstrate a high level of flexibility and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent organization skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members are essential prerequisites.
 
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the greater Bio-R® Team
  • Organizing and planning of internal meetings with other departments and Bio-R®
  • Managing the calendar of the Head of Department
  • Close collaboration with our Finance department: checking invoices and payments, overviewing general expenses
  • Preparing clients' discharge folders (lab results, reports etc.)
  • Supporting the Bio-R® nurse with preparation of supplements for aftercare
  • Taking minutes, keeping overview of deadlines for different Bio-R® projects, including reminders
  • Preparing printouts, client folders, filing (digital/physical client records)
  • Occasional availability on out of office hours

 

You are/have  
  • Completed commercial vocational training, experience in a similar position, medical background is an advantage
  • Solid skills in MS Office suite, strong Excel knowledge is required
  • Strong self-discipline and work ethic, absolute confidentiality a must as well as excellent time management
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, German and other languages a plus
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland (CH-Nationality or EU/EFTA Citizenship)
