Tasks
Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition:
- You create HR marketing material and visual content aligned with Bühler’s key messages to inspire and engage with targeted talents on digital channels
- You support us with the revision of the recruiting process incl. the creation of templates and guidelines for the HR community
- You organize and conduct Employer Branding activities in order to attract talents and position Bühler as an employer of choice
- You maintain and revise the Bühler career website and job portal

Bühler International Management Trainee Program:
- You support in operational and administrative tasks along the employee life cycle of all management trainees (eg. selection & recruitment including organization of assessment center)
- You contribute to conceptual development of the trainee program in close alignment and cooperation with stakeholders from the concept to implementation of changes
- You act as co-contact person for various internal and external groups of interest
Required qualifications
You are in your Bachelor or Master Studies or finished your degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in a similar field
You bring very good English written and verbal communication skills
You are excited about content writing
You are an organisational talent and keep a level head, even in hectic moments
You are self-driven and your sense of responsibility is reflected in your working style
You are energetic, enthusiastic and a proactive personality
