This is what you will do for us
  • Receiving, processing and rectifying machinery fault reports (2nd level)
  • Error analysis and product improvements in cooperation with the software development department
  • Analysis of problems/error messages based on customer machinery reports
  • Creating the final documentation of our control system software in intralogistics via remote maintenance or at the customer's site
  • Organization and implementation of system tests after commissioning
  • Readiness for on-call duty (max. 1 week in a month) 
What you bring with you
  • Work experience in the machine industry mandatory
  • Completed training as an automation engineer / mechatronics engineer or equivalent training
  • Good knowledge of IT components and industrial networks
  • Linux and/or Beckhoff knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
