Position Summary

 

As a Brand Manager Nescafé Dolce Gusto, you are responsible for sustainably growing one of the most iconic Nestlé Brands. Based on superior Innovation and Research and the implementation and execution of an effective communication strategy, you will develop a deeper understanding of the Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand, the target consumers as well as the market in Switzerland.                 
 

A day in the life of a Brand Manager Nescafé Dolce Gusto

 

  • Choose target consumers for Nescafé Dolce Gusto by using attractiveness and ability to win , develop consumer insights and an understanding for the target consumers’ perceived values of the brands 

  • Develop, initiate and lead the full communication brief and train and educate both internal and external stakeholders on the brand with key focus on coffee

  • Successfully leverage and implement the Brand’s innovation/renovation pipeline at market level and identify and execute potential for new product launches.     

  • Develop a brand portfolio strategy for key channels and key customer

  • Conceptualize and leverage national campaigns from concept to amplification, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders on project timings, roles and responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with press/bloggers/ opinion leaders and find PR opportunities

What will make you successful

 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing and ideally experience gained in another function such as sales

  • Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams

  • Master degree in business from a university or equivalent

  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of German, French is a plus
