DEPsys is a leading Swiss technology company establishing thought leadership in the energy market. Founded in 2012 and located in Puidoux (Switzerland), it provides evolutive solutions enabling traditional low-voltage electricity networks to cope with the new constraints of decentralized production from renewable energy resources, such as photovoltaic systems and wind turbines, as well as emerging storage technologies.

To reinforce our team in research and innovation, we are looking for a:

Senior Sales Manager, Scandinavia key accounts and partners

Mission / Responsibilities
  • You are selling smart grid solutions to distribution system operators and industrial-network operators in Scandinavia. You do so directly for key accounts, and in close collaboration with partners across the market. You personally meet your contacts on a regular basis.
  • You are focusing on acquiring new customers and managing them thereafter.
  • You elaborate customer proposals, customised as needed, and lead the technical and commercial negotiations all the way to signature
  • You support marketing activities (e.g. events, conferences and trade shows).
Desired qualifications
  • You easily get in contact with prospects and are able to explain the advantages of a sophisticated technology in a complex technical environment.
  • Ideally you have a solid electrotechnical background.
  • You have a trustworthy business network to Distribution System Operators in the region.
We are looking for
  • You are a proactive, imaginative sales enthusiast.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are a multitasking self-starter, are dedicated and want to create long-lasting business opportunities
  • You speak Swedish or Norwegian, other Scandinavian languages would be an advantage. But you don’t only speak the language, you also have a good sensitivity towards different Nordic business cultures.
  • You have a good proficiency in English, both orally and in writing.
  • You are preferably based in southern Scandinavia with frequent travel as needed (50%).
