SITUATION: You want to work in an international environment and have experience in payroll processing as well as enjoy administrative HR processes? For our corporate client, a future-oriented company based in Basel, we are looking for a committed and digitally savvy individual who manages and further develops payroll and HR administration with accuracy and personal responsibility.
TASKS:
* Responsibility for timely payroll processing and coordination with the finance department
* Maintenance and updating of employee data in digital HR systems
* Preparation of evaluations, statistics, and HR reports for internal and external parties
* Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes as well as management of absences and special cases
* Support in implementing legal requirements and internal guidelines
* Participation in the further development of HR tools and automation of processes
* Collaboration with social insurances, authorities, and internal interfaces
* Involvement in year-end closing tasks and HR-relevant projects
REQUIREMENTS:
* Several years of professional experience in personnel administration and/or payroll, preferably in an SME
* Completed commercial training, supplemented by further education in human resources or social insurance
* Proficient use of digital tools and HR systems
* Solid understanding of labor law and social insurance regulations
* High sense of responsibility, structured working style, and strong service orientation
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
LANGUAGES:
German: fluent
French: very good knowledge
English: good knowledge
