The Social Welfare Office is looking for a project manager for the areas of "people with disabilities", "early childhood" and "family policy" to start immediately or by arrangement, with a workload of 40-60%.
Your tasks
- Ensuring further development in the areas of disability, early childhood and family policy in the canton
- Preparation of decision-making bases, creation and review of reports, concepts and service agreements
- Management and support of projects in the areas of disability, early childhood and family
- Responsible for compliance with the requirements of the inter-cantonal agreement for social institutions (IVSE) area B
- Coordination of service planning with third parties
Your profile
- Tertiary educational qualification with content-related references to the areas of people with disabilities and/or family policy
- Project management experience and consensus orientation
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- High resilience, accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills and confident German language skills
