Field Supporter (m/f) - Ärztekasse

The Ärztekasse cooperative is one of the leading companies in practice administration. It supports doctors, attending physicians, group practices, and healthcare providers with IT industry solutions and comprehensive service packages. From appointment administration to the fully structured electronic medical record to the billing system, the entire practice process is mapped. We have extensive industry knowledge and work with personal commitment and a modern cloud-based infrastructure.

In this role, you represent IT expertise on-site to customers (mainly practices of doctors). You carry out more complex clarifications, analyses, and installations. You take care of hardware, standard applications, and our software products.

Workload: 100%

Start: immediately or by arrangement

Duration: permanent

Workplace: St.Gallen agency

Main tasks

• Evaluation, installation, and support of IT infrastructure at our customers
• Installation and configuration of Ärztekasse software products
• Support and consulting by phone, remote, and on-site
• Participation in projects

Requirements

• You have several years of experience as a field supporter
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft client, server, and standard products
• You are persistent in solving malfunctions
• You have a confident and friendly manner and experience dealing with customers
• You work independently and reliably
• Experience with network installations and security
• Willingness to travel (car in the German-speaking part of Switzerland)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
