University/HES Intern in Sponsorship and Events (m/f/x) – 100%

To strengthen our Brand Management Department, we are looking for a Bachelor or Master student intern for a duration of about 6 months starting September 2026 in Lausanne.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Provide support in implementing the sponsorship strategy and client events throughout Switzerland
• Ensure coordination with various internal partners regarding client invitations
• Be present, ensure smooth running, control and monitor operations on site
• Plan and organize sessions
• Provide support for the administrative management of the Department

Your profile:

• You are currently enrolled in an academic program (university or university of applied sciences such as CREA, EHL, HEC, etc.)
• You have basic knowledge in sponsorship and event organization
• You enjoy teamwork, are attentive, positive, creative and solution-oriented
• You are recognized for your organizational skills and have good priority management
• You are very comfortable with common IT tools
• You have perfect command of French and good knowledge of German (min B2)

You are also stress-resistant and have good communication skills.
