Your contribution

Sales & Customer Consulting: You are the first point of contact for our customers in the store and ensure an inspiring and personal shopping experience.

Purchasing & Assortment Design: In coordination with management, you are responsible for product selection, orders, and ongoing assortment maintenance – always in line with our store concept.

Inventory Management & Stocktaking: You coordinate goods receipt, organize the warehouse, and conduct regular stock checks as well as the annual inventory.

Visual Merchandising: You ensure appealing product presentation and develop new ideas for product staging in the store.

Supplier Contact & Reorders: You maintain relationships with existing suppliers and share responsibility for selecting new partners.

Finance: You are responsible for sales figures, revenues, as well as budget and cost control.

Other: You organize and manage shipping logistics: careful packaging, shipping processing, and delivery to sales points.

We appreciate your

• Several years of professional experience in retail, preferably in concept stores, lifestyle, or design products
• Sense for trends, aesthetics, and a good eye for product selection
• Organizational talent and an independent, structured way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and confident demeanor
• Experience with cash register systems, merchandise management, and inventory processes is an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
• Creativity and team spirit
• Fluent German, very good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
