Swiss ProWork AG, as a non-profit organization, focuses on promoting young people. As part of a small, targeted, and motivated team, you will be given a lot of personal responsibility.

Your area of activity can be summarized as follows:

As a job coach and teacher (German / DaZ / ABU / possibly also math), you accompany young adults on their way to vocational training with your natural authority and skills. You appreciate an intercultural environment, show sensitivity, empathy for the individuality of each participant, and are a constructive and humorous personality.

The goal of our full-time support programs is always a suitable follow-up solution. You take all measures to advance the young clients entrusted to you in a structured and targeted manner. You conduct discussions within the team as well as with young people and young adults from diverse cultures. You are also responsible for individual support, learning, interim, and final reports.

Your profile should meet the following requirements: Besides your passion for accompanying, promoting, and challenging people, you have a pedagogical and/or SVEB1 qualification. You support the team in further developing our support programs, gladly take on responsibility, and appreciate short decision-making paths.
