To complement our team, we are immediately seeking a new full-time cook.
We are a young, very small restaurant in Seefeld, Zurich (14 seats, opening October 2024) serving high-class Japanese cuisine. Our chef has already been awarded multiple Michelin stars.
In the evenings, we offer a surprise menu with approximately 12 courses, and at lunchtime, we serve sushi and bento boxes.
Your responsibilities:
* You will work in a team of two with the chef.
* Miss-en-place & preparation of Japanese dishes (sushi knowledge is an advantage).
* You will assist with service (food distribution) if necessary.
* You will also help with washing up/cleaning.
Your profile:
* You already have professional cooking experience.
* You are interested in or have experience with Japanese cuisine.
* You speak English or Japanese.
