What to expect- You independently handle all administrative and organizational tasks related to on-, off- and crossboarding
- You manage personnel files and maintain master data in SAP SuccessFactors as well as in the time tracking tool Atoss
- You are the first point of contact for all HR-related questions from employees and supervisors
- You obtain work permits and carry out the registration process
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training as an HR clerk or HR specialist with a federal certificate of competence.
- You bring initial professional experience in personnel administration – preferably in a shared service environment.
- You communicate excellently in German both orally and in writing and have good English skills; any additional language is a plus.
- You are IT-savvy, enjoy working digitally, and are a pronounced team player.
