Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d)

The first impression counts, also for our ROBINSON guests. As a supervisor, you support the reception in the club together with the Front Office Manager and at the same time are an organizational talent, motivator, and quality manager. With your team, you ensure that our guests lack nothing from arrival to departure. You not only hold the strings together in the background but are also the radiant face in the foreground.

You should bring yourself and the following:

• Experience at the reception in upscale hospitality
• Ideally, first leadership experience
• Protel knowledge desirable
• Ideally knowledge of the respective national language
