Digital Community Relations Manager

Gallery Relations Development

  • Establish and maintain exclusive relationships with top customers
  • Support the customers in understanding the marketplace opportunities, payment modalities and after sales processes
  • Manage and oversee the communication and marketing flow towards the top customers
Digital Product Development
  • Customer-centric development of solutions for specific needs of the customer, together with internal departments and service providers
  • Gathering of customer feedback for continuous improvement of the product as well as internal processes
Operations Management
  • Managing gallery accounts and overseeing the operational setup of customer accounts
  • Supporting the customer registration process to the Marketplace
  • Supporting the customer service during and after the sales process

Your profile

  • Stellar customer attitude, strong focus on customer needs
  • Professional experience within the art industry, preferable within a digital platform and/or gallery context
  • Experience in marketplace sales or account management is a plus, as well as a proven success record of client acquisition and retention
  • Comfortable managing communication and outreach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent language skills in English. Additional languages desirable (i.e. German, French, Spanish, Asian languages)
