For the Detector Engineering group of the Center for Photon Science, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the detector group on the development and production of high-speed digital cameras for X-ray applications
- Handling of wafers, readout chips, and sensors
- Assembly of prototype modules (chip bonding)
- Wire bonding of prototypes
- Design of small printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Your profile
- Training as an electronics technician or physics laboratory technician
- Enjoyment of teamwork and a cooperative working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work in controlled zones and cleanroom environments
