For the Detector Engineering group of the Center for Photon Science, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Collaboration in the detector group on the development and production of high-speed digital cameras for X-ray applications
Handling of wafers, readout chips, and sensors
Assembly of prototype modules (chip bonding)
Wire bonding of prototypes
Design of small printed circuit boards (PCBs)

Your profile

Training as an electronics technician or physics laboratory technician
Enjoyment of teamwork and a cooperative working style
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to work in controlled zones and cleanroom environments
