Your mission:

The Print & Productions Coordinator makes an important contribution to the company’s success. In this position, you have a lot of scope for action, personal responsibility, and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with plenty of sales potential.

What you can achieve with us:

• Consulting and support of key account customers in the German and Western Switzerland regions in the area of printed materials
• Calculating and preparing quotations in the area of productions, mainly printed products
• Project management and project coordination for business card solutions and customisable printed materials
• Opening and managing customer-specific articles (product master data maintenance)
• Preparing reports and statistics for customer-specific articles
• Creating customer contracts and acceptance agreements
• Customer visits accompanied by the Key Account Manager and/or Sales Manager

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Initial experience in sales is an advantage
• Digital affinity, strong in Word, Excel and SAP experience
• Native German speaker; French is an advantage
