We are looking for an
Administrative Assistant with a Focus on Marketing / Communication 40% - 60% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You plan and coordinate the internal activities and programs for the entire Zurich Campus in collaboration with the responsible persons
- The preparation, execution, active assistance, and follow-up of special events are among your main tasks
- You create various communication materials for the respective events / activities
- You support the development of appropriate communication for optimal feedback and positioning with the customer
- You coordinate internal customer surveys including evaluation, create statistics and comparisons
Your profile
- You should have several years of professional experience
- Existing experience in marketing / communication is a must-have
- You have very good German and English skills (company language is English)
- Good IT skills are required and G Suite experience is an advantage
- Your creativity and eloquence are in demand as well as the ability to organize yourself to work on several projects simultaneously
- You enjoy creating presentations and managing various communication channels
- Teamwork skills for optimal collaboration with different departments
- An eye for detail with a high quality awareness rounds off your profile
