• Responsibility for timely and accurate payroll accounting
• Maintenance and updating of payroll-relevant data and systems
• Month-end closing in cooperation with financial accounting and controlling
• Preparation of evaluations and statistics
• Professional leadership and further development of the payroll team
• Advising employees on salary, vacation, and working time accounts
• Contact person for authorities, health insurance companies, and tax office
• Optimization of processes in the payroll and time management system

• Completed commercial training with additional qualification in human resources or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally with leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law
• Confident handling of payroll systems and MS Office
• Leadership skills, communication strength, and structured working method
