Our house «Casa Solaris» in Stein (AR) offers elderly people „self-determined living in old age“. According to this innovative concept, 43 care places and 15 apartments with a variety of service offerings are available.
Assisted living makes it possible to live in your own apartment and still receive quick help, care, or other services if needed. In addition to the residents' restaurant, we also operate our Italian specialty restaurant and pizzeria «Sasso».
For this innovative and future-oriented institution with a unique gastronomy concept, we are looking for a Head of Service (80% - 100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
We are looking for - A person with experience in service and team leadership - Enjoyment in working with elderly people - Team-oriented, reliable, flexible, and resilient person - Willingness to work on weekends
Your tasks are - Practical work in service in the morning, noon, and evening - Team scheduling - Organization and execution of banquets and events - Ensuring compliance with service standards - Responsible for ordering in cooperation with the Head of Gastronomy - Compliance with hygiene regulations - Participation in aperitifs, banquets, and special events
