For Group Technology & Operations we operate key platforms in the Finance, Investment & Treasury Portfolio. Our teams provide subject matter expertise, business analysis skill as well as program and project management expertise to deliver global and local initiatives and business change while ensuring stable and robust application operation. The application nature is a mixture of Software as a Service Solutions (SaaS) and Commercial-off-the-Shelf software (COTS).
This position will be part of the team which provides end-to-end service for Zurich Invest and Group Real Estate applications and platforms. We advise on right solution/application change, innovation and technology enhancement opportunities, promote standard service & solution portfolio, translate customer demand into functional and non-functional requirements and develop an E2E solution architecture.
What you do
- Perform analysis of business requirements and translate into system solution designs
- Implement solution designs in a global IT organization
- Ensure compliance to IT security requirements by managing respective approval processes
- Participate in & drive innovational & transformational IT projects
- Support daily operations of the application portfolio
- Support service delivery towards our internal customers
What you bring
- At least 3 years of work experience in the finance industry
- Computer engineering degree
- Strong business analysis skills
- Good understanding of cloud based SaaS solutions
- Good communication skills
- Written and spoken German is a requirement as well as fluency in English
