Senior Watch Design Associate Manager

In order to strengthen our Watch Design team in Neuchâtel - Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate and creative

 

 

Accountabilities

 

Responsible to design our watches, you are committed to perpetuate our products in line with Bulgari’s tradition, daring to push the boundaries of creativity and empowering our Italian and Roman DNA in the select circle of the Haute Horlogerie. Your curiosity and sensitivity to the Italian design and the Swiss craftsmanship allow you to propose new innovative concepts and realizations.
In charge of the project technical follow-up, you collaborate closely with the manufactures in the realization and development of the pieces and assist them in the validation of the aesthetic choices.

Finally, you guarantee a constant up-to-date knowledge of the main contemporary design trends with a parallel view of the Bulgari heritage and the traditional product history, craftsmanship and technical evolution.

 

Profile

 

Your passion for innovative design and your taste for the Italian unique aesthetic beauty make you a talented designer. Graduated from an Industrial or Fashion Design school such as Politecnico di Milano or Central Saint Martins College, you have at least 5 years of experience as Designer in the conception of watch products.

You have strong abilities in jewellery design techniques (Gouache and sketches) and specific software for 2D/3D design. You speak fluently French and English and Italian is a strong asset.

Creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, flexibility and delicacy are key to this role where you apply the industrial design technics to the watchmaking savoir-faire.
You are team-oriented and have excellent communication skills ensuring you to collaborate closely with your team and partners.
