Fascinating musicals, thrilling dance shows, theater, comedy: Every club has its own theater where employees are the stars. You develop new dance and show segments, work out choreographies within the biweekly changing program, ensure optimal casting, and lead the daily rehearsals. In short: You lead the club team on stage and stand in the spotlight yourself.

You should bring yourself and the following:
| Training in dance / dance pedagogy or experience with show & dance choreographies
| Passion for hip-hop, jazz, ballet, modern dance
| Creativity to develop choreographies for colleagues and teach them
