Team Leader Procurement Logistics (m/f/d) - Deputy Head of Logistics

As Team Leader Procurement Logistics (m/f/d) - Deputy Head of Logistics, your tasks are:
- Personnel deployment planning (shift schedule, vacation plan)
- Supervision and training of warehouse staff
- Creation of training materials and documentation
- Professional support of trainees
- Passing on information to warehouse staff
- Contact person for other departments
- Coordination of warehouse staff
- Organization and control of workflows in procurement logistics
- Checking warehouse capacities and possible outsourcing
- Disposition of standard packaging in the external warehouse
- Assistance with tasks arising in procurement logistics
- Responsible for quality, order, and cleanliness
- Optimization of process flows in procurement logistics (internal & external)
- Conducting inventories
- Deputizing for the Head of Logistics
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification or further training as a logistics master
- Several years of practical experience or initial leadership experience in the warehouse/logistics area
- Strong assertiveness
- Very good team-oriented working style and social skills
- Commitment, flexibility, and determination
- High degree of independence
- Efficient and punctual work
- Confident handling of ERP system SAP (WM)
- Very good process knowledge in the entire warehouse logistics
- Personnel management
