Team Leader Procurement Logistics (m/f/d) - Deputy Head of Logistics

As Team Leader Procurement Logistics (m/f/d) - Deputy Head of Logistics, your tasks are:

• Personnel deployment planning (shift schedule, vacation plan)
• Supervision and training of warehouse staff
• Creation of training materials and documentation
• Professional support of trainees
• Passing on information to warehouse staff
• Contact person for other departments
• Coordination of warehouse staff
• Organization and control of workflows in procurement logistics
• Checking warehouse capacities and possible outsourcing
• Disposition of standard packaging in the external warehouse
• Assistance with tasks arising in procurement logistics
• Responsible for quality, order, and cleanliness
• Optimization of process flows in procurement logistics (internal & external)
• Conducting inventories
• Deputizing for the Head of Logistics

You bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification or further training as a logistics master
• Several years of practical experience or initial leadership experience in the warehouse/logistics area
• Strong assertiveness
• Very good team-oriented working style and social skills
• Commitment, flexibility, and determination
• High degree of independence
• Efficient and punctual work
• Confident handling of ERP system SAP (WM)
• Very good process knowledge in the entire warehouse logistics
• Personnel management
