Your tasks
- Overall responsibility (strategic, operational, and personnel) in co-management
- Leadership and further development of a modern non-profit organization with semi-autonomous teams and strengthening of self-organization
- Co-design and implementation of the board's strategies and decisions as well as setting annual goals
- Promotion of a lively corporate culture that combines social responsibility and economic thinking
- Ensuring service quality (quality management)
- Responsibility for finance, budget, controlling, and public relations
Your profile
- Completed university degree or equivalent training in healthcare, business administration, or related field
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or social services
- Experience in change and project management as well as in self-organization
- Knowledge of nursing/Spitex standards, quality management, and compliance is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking with experience in budget management and controlling
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution ability
- Innovative strength, strategic thinking, and flexibility
