• Storage and maintenance, conducting inventories in the in-house warehouses, the stockroom, and the external warehouses
• Provision and distribution of goods and merchandise for the in-house warehouses, stockroom, and external warehouses (food, printed materials, dishes, glasses, equipment, etc.)
• Monitoring stock levels and daily reorder notifications to purchasing when a reorder level of stock items is reached
• Maintaining internal warehouse documentation through food and non-food warehouse requests as well as coding delivery notes and invoices

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry, as a warehouse logistics specialist, or comparable qualification
• You have experience in warehouse management and receipt of food goods.
• Knowledge of food law regulations and requirements (LMHV, HACCP) would be desirable
• Personally, you convince through assertiveness and teamwork skills
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form are not a problem for you
• You are confident in handling Microsoft Office applications and inventory management programs
