- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding long-term cooperation with external partners
- Supporting the recording of national and international developments in healthcare and deriving possible implications
- Supporting the development and implementation of the strategy and management process for the hospital management and the board of directors under delegation of the corporate development management
- Planning, execution, and implementation of strategic programs and projects at the overarching company level as well as at the executive staff level as program, project, or subproject management
- Preparing decision-making bases, reports, and presentations for the hospital management and other leadership bodies under delegation of the corporate development management
- Preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up of workshops, committee meetings, and strategy processes
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in health sciences, health economics, or a comparable education
- Professional experience in the healthcare or hospital sector (at least 5 years) and/or in a consulting company with a focus on healthcare
- Experience in project management
- Independent and structured working style in conducting and interpreting data analyses, confident handling of presentation and analysis tools (MS Office, BI tools) as well as openness and interest in using AI technologies to increase efficiency and data interpretation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative and high motivation to actively shape changes
