Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

For the Raiffeisenbank Worblen-Emmental, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Biglen, Boll, Ittigen, Ostermundigen, and Worb, we are looking for a personality as a customer advisor starting January 1, 2026 or by agreement.

• Consultation and service of walk-in customers and continuous support of the personal customer portfolio on topics such as payments, saving, investing, and retirement planning
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support and referral to the responsible specialist advisors
• Development opportunity - as a customer advisor, you lay the foundation for your personal development into other job profiles within the bank
• You already take responsibility for a scalable customer portfolio in the investment area

• You have a banking education or have obtained the BFE certificate at CYP
• You already have experience in consulting and selling basic and investment products and know how to competently and needs-oriented support customers
• You live a pronounced customer orientation and high service readiness, enabling you to respond individually to the wishes and needs of our customers
• You convince with strong communication skills as well as a winning appearance and radiate competence and reliability through your trustworthy manner
