• Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to quality standards
• Coordinating cleaning projects in the room area
• Arranging necessary repairs and controlling their execution
• Handling correspondence, arranging necessary repairs with control of execution. Receiving, processing, and forwarding complaints to the First Housekeeper
• Ensuring general office organization and securing workflows
• Economic management of the storeroom and issuing the required materials to employees
• Managing the lost and found office
• Creating evaluations and statistics; checking delivery notes

• Successfully completed vocational training in hotel management or comparable qualification, such as a business economist for nutrition and supply management
• Positive charisma, professional appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
• An eye for detail, as well as the highest standards for quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Interest in further development and gaining professional experience in upscale hospitality
