The Employment Integration Office FAI of the City of Thun supports unemployed and social assistance recipients in social and professional integration. Referring institutions are social services, the client is the Health, Social and Integration Directorate of the canton. The Administration and Finance department is the hub of the FAI. All business management matters are handled here. 

For this meaningful and exciting position, we are looking for a

• Responsible for the entire accounting of the FAI (City of Thun, Canton GSI)
• Ensuring smooth processes in the Administration/Finance area 
• Responsible for the annual financial statement and budget 
• Ensuring correct performance billing with the canton, including within the framework of the service contract 
• Leading the Administration/Finance team (1 person)
• Support and partial responsibility for all strategic and operational administrative matters of the FAI (quality, IT)
• Various administrative tasks

• Training in the commercial field or comparable education
• Further education in business administration, accounting or controlling desired
• Experience in professional integration desired, preferably in the BIAS area 
• Independent and forward-looking working style
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in public administration
• Flair for finance and interest in an exciting interface between finance and employment integration 
• Precise working style and reliability
• Communication and conflict skills, initiative and networked thinking
