We are looking for a motivated personality to start immediately or by arrangement as:

Your tasks:

• Serving our international guests in the breakfast restaurant and seminar area
• Ensuring good guest care at a consistently high level with satisfied guests
• Assisting in banquet service and at the hotel bar
• Preparation of breakfast dishes
• Clean preparation of the daily mise en place
• Promotion of additional sales
• Correct operation of the cash register and preparation of the daily accounting
• Compliance with hygiene standards and cleanliness in the entire work area
• Cleaning of equipment, shelves, and trays in the back office area
• Weekly cleaning tasks
• Clean and correct execution of assigned tasks in compliance with work descriptions.
• Achieving set sales targets through concrete sales and correct booking at the cash register
• Smooth cooperation with employees and supervisors

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar position in gastronomy/hotelry
• Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hotelry is an advantage
• High resilience and reliability
• Neat appearance and friendly demeanor
• Team-oriented
• Quick comprehension
• Flexibility
• Very good German skills, good English skills, all other languages are an advantage
