These are your tasks
- Caring for and supporting a mixed-age group of children
- Customer-oriented, open and trusting collaboration with parents
- Planning and implementing a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child and the group
- Completed basic training as a Childcare Specialist or similar pedagogical qualification
- Joy and patience in dealing with children
- Person- and resource-oriented attitude
- Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility
- You enjoy contributing new ideas and have fun with creative activities such as
singing, dancing, storytelling…
- A motivated team with an open informal culture
- A creative working environment with scope for design
