Child and Adult Protection Authority Graubünden | 80% | Chur
The Child and Adult Protection Authority KESB is there for people in need. Those who need help and support can count on KESB. No day is like the other with us. In the interdisciplinary team, we actively shape a safe future for vulnerable adults, families, children, and youth.
We are looking for a lawyer or a qualified person with professional experience in the field of child and adult protection and in drafting corresponding decisions for the KESB Graubünden, Northern Graubünden branch, due to maternity cover from March 1, 2026, limited until October 31, 2026.
- Registry activities for the authority
- Taking minutes during hearings
- Independent handling of assigned cases in the field of child and adult protection as needed
- Preferably a university degree in law (Licentiate, MLaw or BLaw) or professional experience in the field of child and adult protection
- Independent, resilient, flexible, and networked thinking personality with a high capacity to learn
- Very good oral and written expression in German; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Prudent, efficient, and precise working style
- High service orientation and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Proven social competence and empathy towards people in difficult life situations
