For the Northwest region, we are looking for a Team Leader Counselling 70 – 80 %

YOUR MISSION

• Personnel and professional leadership of the counselling team at the locations Basel, Olten, Brugg, and Lugano
• Coordination of processes and assignments within the team and the Northwest region
• Regional resource planning
• Implementation, assurance, and review of counselling standards and processes regarding case management, performance recording, data protection, and professional ethical principles
• Ensuring and promoting expertise in the team through supervision and intervision, internal and external training
• Ensuring proper condition of counselling centers / offices
• Ensuring professional internal and supra-regional cooperation
• Own case management
• Project and region-related special tasks
• Various administrative tasks

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• Leadership personality with pronounced interpersonal skills such as team and communication skills, motivation ability, empathy, or willingness to compromise.
• Degree in Social Work or Psychology (FH or University) mandatory
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and a high degree of independent approach
• Broad, several years of counselling experience on psychosocial topics
• Fluent in German, French, and English
• High resilience, openness, integrity, and flexibility
• Good presentation skills
