As Junior ERP Coordinator Production (m/f/d), you are jointly responsible for expanding our company in the emerging cannabis market and play a crucial role in our organisation.
Junior ERP Coordinator Production (M/F/D)
Your challenge:
- Recording and maintaining production-related movements in ERP systems
- Digitising data in the ERP system for up-to-date, precise representation of stock movements and internal cross-location transfers
- Traceable, proper labelling of products, batches, and materials
- Filing accompanying documents in various systems to ensure traceability and measurability of production and project progress
- Supporting production management in validation and inventory control activities up to stocktaking
- Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of process-relevant documents and feedback
Your qualifications:
- Ability to familiarise yourself with ERP systems and independently record and process daily applications
- Strong understanding of sensible workflows, as well as upstream and downstream activities to estimate required information regarding regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented and precise working style
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, food, cannabis, chemicals) is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Very good English skills, as well as good German skills in spoken and written form
