Training Coordinator
(Focus Apprentices)

The position holder, who specializes in apprentices, will be responsible for taking care of everything to do with apprentices. This starts with the advertisement of vacant apprenticeship positions, the recruitment and the corresponding coordination with the vocational schools and training companies of SR Technics up to the completion of the apprenticeship. He/ She will also be the contact person for the apprentices' trainers and is to support and develop them in the areas relevant to the apprenticeship.
In addition, the training coordinators are to represent each other in the subject areas. Therefore, it must also be ensured that the training coordinator participates and collaborates in the business department training meetings.

Your tasks

 

• Coordination and contact for apprenticeship training with the training workshops (SWISS and libs).


• Coordination and contact with the various vocational schools for the apprenticeships at SR Technics


• Contact for all apprentices in all apprenticeship years (poly-mechanics, production-mechanics, commercial apprentices, surface treatment technicians, etc.)


• Ensuring apprenticeship training for all apprenticeship years


• Supporting the apprentice trainers for successful training


• Professional trainer evaluations in the methodological-didactic area


• Representation of the training coordinator with a focus on technical training


• Representation of the Head of the Industrial Learning & Development Department


• Summary – responsible for the entire life cycle of apprenticeship training

Your profile

 

• Further training and/or practical experience in adult education or apprenticeship training.


• Experience in leadership minimum 3 years


• Experience in working with different stakeholders.


• Ability to communicate new pedagogical approaches.


• Experience in project management


• Experience with MS Office 365


• Experience with employee and shift planning


• Strong communication and social skills


• Strong sales attitude


• German C1, English B1
